If healthy is wealth, the adults in this world has gone bankrupt. Today, it became so difficult for them to visit the gym and exercise. Instead, they are crammed into their job and even after work, they are seated on the car, sofa, or desk just doing nothing active. Therefore, many are in more risk of diseases compared to other normal people that regularly exercise.
According to the Canadian guideline, adults need to get at least 150 minutes of vigorious exercise weekly. However, only 15 percent of Canadian adults are meeting this minimum amount. Nevertheless, this 15 percent of people still spend lots of time sitting down on chairs, front of the television, or whatever and a large portion of them are considered "active couch potato". Also, they spend a lot more time doing something not active and for most people, they spend three-quarters of the day doing something when sitting down.
Sitting down most of the day has really made people in risk of many things. For example, sitting down increases risk of diseases such as coronary heart diseases because sitting down boosts levels of C-reactive vitamin. The world did not know the importance of physical activities and we were blind for a long period time about our health. Therefore, we seriously must starting exercising so that we could live for a longer period of time.

Pretty good post, but I'm guessing that you rushed this post, am I right? Either that or you are just not as passionate about this topic. Your first post (although it was not the right topic for this week) seemed much more informative, and the quality seemed higher. I could see that you did some research about this topic, (i.e. "According to the Canadian guideline, adults need to get at least 150 minutes of vigorious exercise weekly. However, only 15 percent of Canadian adults are meeting this minimum amount.") but you didn't have the links for your sources, and I noticed some grammatical errors as well (maybe should have used "doing something inactive," not, "doing something not active."). This post seemed somewhat incomplete and I am sure that you can do better William. But still, I really liked your post before, and if you continue that quality, you'll do super.

Your first post and your most recent one, are both better than this one (more detailed, fewer errors with wording and grammar, and generally more thoughtful). Find those links and articles to a topic on / related to homelessness for next week and we can re-post that one so everyone can see how thoughtful you can be when you do not rush.
